Bilingual in French and English.He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1) Member of the Board of Director and Development Director of the Renaissance Center for Culture and Education (RCCE) in Washington DC since creation in 2012 to present. Renaissance Center is a family centered nonprofit Organization that promotes excellence within the NEP/LEP community with a focus on French Speaking families.

Theodore is Development Director of The Renaissance Center of Culture and Education and Co-Coordinator of the DC French Speaking Community. He is currently serving as Administrator of Galaxy Healthcare Solutions, Inc located in the District of Columbia on Rhode Island Ave NE.Galaxy Healthcare Solutions, Inc provides Healthcare Staffing solutions. The Agency is a Home and Community-based Service Organization that provides Residential Support in the DMV.

2) Co-Coordinator of the DC Alliance of French Speaking African communities leaders since 2014

This alliance has been formed in 2014 by many French-speaking African leaders of the DC metropolitan Area. The Alliance wants to work with others communities of color to push for systematic changes that would benefit all communities of colors with a focus on the French-speaking communities deeply affected by the cultural and language barriers.

A large population of African Immigrants in the USA resides in the Washington DC metro area. Africa is a continent of 54 fully recognized sovereign countries. French speaking African Countries (such as Cameroon, Togo, Guinea…) represent almost 25% of the top countries of origin of African Immigrants in the District of Columbia. The Alliance wants to improve outreach to the French Speaking Communities.

6) Theodore has also served as:

President of Mid-Atlantic Nurse Staffing Agency Association/DC Branch since 2011 And French Instructor at Diplomatic Language Service (DLS) in Fairfax, Virginia from 2003 to 2005

7) Theodore is a Member of the Democratic State Ethnic Council of the District of Columbia
